My personal thoughts
The Oasis has numerous places to hang ou and enjoy a cocktail. Everything from a piano bar to a sports bar. The wait staff is amazing and hardly ever make you wait for a drink.
You don't need a drink package to enjoy a drink.

pro tip Should you buy the drink package?
Ultimate Drink packages are one of the most talked about pre cruise purchases.
Is it for everyone? definitly not. If purchased it will be required for all adults in the stateroom to purchase also. If there is a non-drinker this can be changed to a different drink package if you request through customer service.
Purchse before the cruise and watch for specials such as 50% discounts, you will get several emails. The downside of not having a package is you will need to sign a reciept everytime you order a drink, seems minor but does get annoying. also you may be hesitant to try something new such as the drink of the day
